PV2R Series double vane pumps

Maximum operating pressure depends on nominal displacement and fluid type. With anti-wear petroleum base oil, the catalogue lists 210 Kgf/cm² for nominal sizes 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 17, 19, 23, 25, 26, 33, 41, 47, 53, 59, 65, 52, 60, 66, 76 and 94 cm³/rev., and 160 Kgf/cm² for 31 and 116 cm³/rev. For the 6 cm³/rev. size, operation above 160 Kgf/cm² requires a speed over 1450 r/min.

Do not apply the anti-wear oil rating to other fluids. R & O oils, water-containing fluids and phosphate esters have separate limits in the catalogue. Phosphate ester use requires special seals and manufacturer consultation.

For PV2R13 and PV2R23 with the 116 nominal displacement large section, minimum suction pressure is −0.2 Kgf/cm² below 1700 r/min. and 0 Kgf/cm² at 1700–1800 r/min. For PV2R23 with 76 or 94, the corresponding limits are −0.2 and −0.07 Kgf/cm².

PV2R12 also has a combined input-power limit that depends on shaft speed. Confirm both pump-section loads against the manufacturer's data before selecting the drive.

The catalogue specifies F for flange mounting and L for foot mounting. R denotes clockwise rotation viewed from the shaft end. Consult Yuken for anti-clockwise rotation and confirm suction and discharge port positions before ordering.

Choose the small-volume and large-volume sections together. The catalogue's PV2R12 designation table and combination chart show different sets of sizes. We will confirm the complete requested combination with Yuken before quoting; the charts are not a stock or availability list.
