One-way flow in a screw-in cartridge
The CK range uses a direct acting poppet in a screw-in cartridge. It allows flow in one direction and blocks flow in the reverse direction.
CK-08 and CK-10 have different rated flows and cavity dimensions. Select the complete model code and confirm the manifold drawing before ordering a new valve or replacement.
The specifications below follow Yuken’s EI-V4-0266-0 datasheet dated 1 April 2025.

Both models use cracking-pressure code 05, corresponding to 0.3 Kgf/cm². The datasheet pressure-drop curves use oil viscosity of 35 cSt and specific gravity of 0.850. Review the curves for the required flow.

The cavity reference alone does not confirm replacement suitability. Compare all dimensions, tolerances and port positions in the manufacturer drawing. Yuken notes that design numbers may change from 10 to 19 while the illustrated installation dimensions remain the same.
