The catalogue uses design number 41. Standard threaded models use the 4180 suffix, while SRCG models use 41. A hand knob type is listed on request; include this requirement for confirmation.

Meter flow with a reverse-flow check
SRCT and SRCG valves throttle hydraulic flow to regulate actuator speed. The manufacturer specifies their use where line pressure is almost steady and small changes in flow caused by pressure variations are acceptable.
The integrated check valve permits free reverse flow from the outlet port to the inlet port. The controlled-flow direction and reverse-flow direction are identified in the mounting drawings.
SRCT-03 and SRCT-06 use threaded connections. SRCG-06 uses sub-plate mounting. Choose the H or L option for the required pressure differential across the valve.

Rated flow is the approximate flow with the valve fully open at a maximum inlet-to-outlet pressure drop of 3 Kgf/cm², fluid specific gravity 0.85 and kinematic viscosity 20 cSt (100SSU). It is not a constant-flow guarantee across changing pressure conditions.

Differential pressure is the pressure difference across the valve. Review the metered-flow-versus-adjustment-revolutions curves for the selected option and the separate reverse free-flow pressure-drop curves.
Special seals
An F prefix identifies seals for phosphate ester type fluids. Consult Yuken before ordering special seals and include the fluid details with your enquiry.
