Electrical switching with a hydraulic pilot stage
A solenoid-operated pilot valve directs pilot oil to shift the main valve spool. The main stage then changes the flow direction in the hydraulic circuit.
The DSHG range uses sub-plate mounting and offers different spool arrangements. Identify the full model code, including pilot and drain options, when selecting a valve or replacing an existing unit.

Maximum flow is a ceiling. The permitted flow depends on spool type and operating conditions. Use the catalogue flow tables for the selected configuration. For internally drained models, pilot pressure must exceed T-line back pressure by the required minimum pilot pressure.
Pilot pressure and drain limits
Maximum pilot pressure is 250 Kgf/cm² for most listed arrangements. DSHG-06-3H and DSHG-10-2B / 3H arrangements are listed at 210 Kgf/cm². Maximum T-line back pressure is 210 Kgf/cm² with external drain and 160 Kgf/cm² with internal drain.

Pilot and drain combinations are restricted for some spool types. The catalogue also excludes the R type coil with an N1 indicator-light connector. Check the complete combination before ordering.
